HOW TO STUDY

Do your homework before every class. Above you will find study guide links to test 1, 2, and 3. Click the link for your next test, and stick to what's there. That's what will be on the test. The study guide tells you what definitions will be on the test. Use the
definitions page to the left.

Find a place with few distractions, and only study there. When you feel your concentration span starting to go, get up, and take a quick break. Then go right back to studying. You will notice a big difference in your concentration span within 6 months.

Get a book on mnemonics. It will help you remember and save time. CNN has an article on the subject: Forgetting things? Mnemonics can make them stick.

STUDY IN GROUPS

Although some students prefer to study alone, research shows that students that study in groups do better. Remember more minds are better than one - usually.
